Mac and Cheese

    • 8 oz Explore Cuisine Red Rice Macaroni (1 Box)
    • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
    • 2 tbsp sifted flour
    • 1 Evaporated milk (1 can)
    • 3 cup mild or medium Cheddar (shredded)
    1. Cook the Red Rice Macaroni according to package.
    2. Drain pasta and move into bowl or skillet
    3. Create roux with 2 tbsp. unsalted butter, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 can evaporated milk. Whisk until thickened
    4. Stir in Cheddar cheese until completely melted. Serve hot.

    Cooking Tip: Rinse under cold water after draining to stop the cooking.
