Black Bean Sesame Fettuccine with Vegetable Ribbons

    • Carrot
    • Green Zucchini
    • Olive Oil
    • Toasted Sesame Oil
    • Black and/or White Sesame Seeds
    • Salt
    • Fresh Ground Pepper
    1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
    2. Meanwhile, slice vegetables into ribbons using a vegetable peeler.
    3. Drop vegetables into boiling water for 30 seconds, then drain.
    4. Toss fettuccine with vegetables and a splash each of olive oil and toasted sesame oil to coat.
    5. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with sesame seeds.
