Instructions
  1. Stir sauce ingredients in a bowl, set aside.
  2. In a non-stick wok over medium-high heat, cook the sauce, stirring all the time until sauce becomes syrupy, about 1 minute.
  3. Add noodles, peanut oil and bean shoots - toss to coat with sauce.
  4. When noodles are hot, fold in spring onions, coriander and chilli.
  5. Garnish with peanuts, coriander sprig and lime wedges.
