- 1 box Explore Cuisine Organic Red Rice Macaroni
- Kosher Salt
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp sifted flour
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 3 cups mild or medium Cheddar shredded

Instructions
- Cook the Red Rice Macaroni according to package.
- Drain pasta and move into bowl or skillet
- Create roux with 2 tbsp. unsalted butter, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 can evaporated milk. Whisk until thickened
- Stir in Cheddar cheese until completely melted. Serve hot.
